The rich purple colour from real blueberries, the white white colour of cashew cream with fresh lemon juice, this colourful cake makes your tastebuds as well as dessert table pop !   Made with dates, organic brown rice syrup, coconut sugar and organic rapdura for natural sweetness.  This gluten free, RAW cake is satisfying for the tastebuds and the body as it is packed full of protein from cashew nuts and antioxidants from blueberries.
