Gluten-free, Egg-free, Dairy-free, Refined-Sugar-Free

A moist coconut & lime gluten free sponge made from milled premium Australian almond, buckwheat, tapioca, rice, corn, besan, quinoa and flaxseed. 

Topped with a tangy lime icing made from fresh lime zest and lime juice to add that extra 'zing' to your afternoon indulgence.

This cake uses unrefined sugars only.

Simply elegant, this cake has been used by many as their wedding or kitchen-tea cake.

All our GF sponge cakes are made with a large proportion of almond flour, not cheaper GF substitutes, hence the increased body and lighter texture.  We make our cakes from scratch having spent a number of years perfecting our proprietary GF ratios without the use of chemical stabilisers.
