Gluten Free Radish Cake 480g

One of Green Gourmet's unique and much loved yum cha offerings is now gluten free.

Using a traditional recipe, combined with some secret 'modern' twists, this white radish terrine complete with shiitake mushroom & tofu "bacon", comes in a 480g block ready for you to slice and panfry.

Serving suggestions include:

• Slice into desired thickness and serve panfried with an side of salad
• Cut into a big block and steam until warm, garnish with fresh coriander and a pop of red chilli, pour over some Tamari or Soy.
