Microwave: smear 2-3 teaspoons of water onto each parcel, place them on a plate, and microwave on high with a microwave safe lid or bowl over for 3 minutes or until the centre is soft and hot.
Steam: steam in a steamer basket or electric steamer for 8-10 minutes, or until the centre is soft and hot.
Serve the parcels with dollops of coconut cream or light coconut milk (as a lower saturated fat option).
