It’s time to share some news, and we do so with a mixture of sadness and deep gratitude. Our chapter at St Leonards is coming to an end.
The building we’ve called home since 2001 is scheduled for demolition, and consequently, our final day of service will be Saturday, May 24th.
To have stood the test of time, serving our community first in Newtown since 1998, and then St Leonards from 2001 as the Lower North Shore's first vegan eatery, fills us with so much joy.
It’s been an incredible journey, full of ups and downs, challenges met, and happy memories created.
None of this would have been possible without you, our wonderful, loyal customers. Your support, especially during tougher times, has been the anchor for our small family business.
You didn't just visit us for meals; you invested in a vision, helping us prove that delicious, vegan Asian plant-based food could be a force for good: for the planet, for the animals, and for our own physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Our restaurant has experienced so much life!
Birthdays, work triumphs, engagements, anniversaries, or simply catching up on a good meal.
It holds deep sentimental value for us too, woven into the fabric of our team's lives. Letting go of this space is genuinely difficult.
In the weeks leading up to May 24th, we'd love nothing more than to share this space with you as much as possible.
Please consider visiting us a few more times, say hi, and help us make these last days at St Leonards truly memorable. Your support now means the world to our team.
